Welcome to Roofers.Network, operated by Mazeify Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Contractor Membership

Contractors receive a 7-day free trial with our Base Membership Plan. After the trial, a monthly or yearly subscription fee is billed through Stripe or direct bank transfer.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed via Stripe or direct bank transfer. Contractors can choose between monthly and yearly billing cycles. Yearly subscriptions offer a 17% discount.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on the Base Membership Plan within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. No refunds are available for add-on services.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mazeify Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
